Course Description: This course will give students a thorough understanding of adjusting water losses. You will learn how to apply the basics of scoping and estimating to large and small water losses. You will gain an understanding of processing water loss claims including coverage analysis, investigation, settlement of coverages, and recovery and mitigation. The course ends with a comprehensive exercise and with questions to help reinforce the training content. At the end of the course, you will be able to:
